We offer free shipping on all orders. 

We currently ship only within the USA.  

Order delivery time = Order preparation time + transportation time

Tax:

Our products are tax included (customers do not need to pay tax) and shipping is free of charge.

1. All orders will take up to 2-7 business days to process before shipping. Please understand, thank you.

2. All orders will be shipped by expedited express without extra charge.

Transportation time:

Delivery to USA: 7~15 business days.

The stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by a number of factors, including shipping method.

The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Los Angeles Time, GMT-8). If you place your order before the cut-off time, it will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).

Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted, your item will be processed and shipped within the business day. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.

The moment the package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you with the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check for updates on the location of your package.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return must be requested within the 30-day period.  
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.  
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.  

If you want to initiate a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs

While we offer free shipping for your order, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fee.  

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Order Cancellation

For Non-Customized Products:

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order for free if it has not yet been shipped.  

  • After shipment: If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it upon delivery, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

For Customized Products:

  • Before production: You may cancel your order for free if production has not yet started.  
  • After production: Once the customization process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty for our products (excluding bulbs).

Warranty Coverage:

If you encounter any issues with the product within 2 years, please contact us at info@lamplace.com with a description of the issue, along with relevant pictures and videos.

We will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution for your issue.

Replacement for Accessories:

If the problem is with any accessories, we will provide a free replacement via express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 9-20 business days.

Electrical Issues:

If the issue relates to the electrical circuit, our engineer will provide assistance within 1-2 business days. (Please ensure the product is installed by a licensed professional)

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, man-made damage, or natural disasters.

Post-Warranty Support:

After the 2-year warranty period, we will continue to provide technical support. However, any replacement parts and support services will be at the customer's expense.

We recommend checking the parts of the lighting one week before installation to ensure everything is complete. Our fixtures are designed for easy installation and can typically be handled by an average electrician. If you encounter any issues during the installation, feel
free to contact our customer service team for assistance. Please avoid using excessive force during installation. If challenges arise, we’ll be happy to help guide you toward the best solution to ensure a smooth process.

Can I return the product if I am notsatisfied with it?

We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.

If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;

 If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;

we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc; and by describing the product clearly in writing.
